What is the underlying passion for your business?

People. We love serving people. We want to make sure that we satisfy what they want.  We get satisfaction knowing that people who come here have an enjoyable experience.

How do you make your business unique?

The fusion of cultures makes us unique. Most restaurants have menus that revolve around a certain type of dish or a certain culture, but here we have both American and Japanese. Of our five chefs, two are native Japanese and one is even a vegetarian.

What would you like to change about your business?

We’re always looking for ways to add to the fusion. Soon people will also be able to enjoy Greek and other Mediterranean dishes. We’re also working on a Thai menu. We want people to have fun discovering something new.

How do you create a memorable experience for customers?

People are pleasantly surprised when they come here. The diverse menu means there is always something new to try. You’ve had a good experience here when your mind is filled with pleasant things and your tummy with good food.

How do you keep the passion for your business fresh?

It all goes back to people. We’ve gotten to know personally many who come here. It’s always a delight to see them. When people come back, that’s the greatest compliment we can get. And we’re always meeting new friends. I guess we just love to serve people.
