It's been said that the worst luck in poker is to get stuck with the second-best hand. We suppose something like that could also be said for a great photo contest entry that finishes "out of the money" by as little as a single percentage point.
We selected 21 great shots from this year's East Idaho Community Photo Contest. All came within a hair's width of official recognition by our judges. Now they all have a second shot at the winners' circle thanks to this new division.
