Actor’s Repertory Theatre of Idaho (ARTI)
Need a night out without the kids? The Actor’s Repertory Theatre of Idaho combines dinner and a show with ARTI’s theatre company performing for mature audiences. Past shows to note include Pillowman, Beauty Queen of Leenane, Five Women Wearing the Same Dress, Sordid Lives and The Laramie Project.

The Grape Van Gogh

Paramount Theater

Pugsslane
Take a break from downtown shopping to visit Pugsslane—the artist alleyway in Idaho Falls. Located on B Street by the Rogers Building, this lane provides a place for artists to express themselves freely and is also a great backdrop for photos. “Art You Can Sit On”
This composite of public benches created by artists out of a variety of materials and depicting everything from trout to skateboards. These functional displays can be found throughout historic downtown.
Taylor’s Crossing
Taylor’s Crossing flanks the east side of the Snake River just south of the intersection of River Parkway and Broadway. It includes a full-scale replica of the first bridge to carry settlers across the Snake River in Eagle Rock (since renamed Idaho Falls).
The Fur Trapper
This sculpture can be found at the median intersection of Memorial and B Street. Artist Roy Reynolds has created a beautiful larger-than-life bronze sculpture.
Sister-City Japanese Friendship Garden
The Japanese Friendship Garden is located on the west side of the Snake River, just east of the Broadway Bridge. Its purpose: a celebration of Idaho Falls and its “sister city,” Tokai-mura, Japan.
“Where the Red Fern Grows” Sculpture
Created by local artist Marylin Hansen, this sculpture can be found on the front lawn of the Idaho Falls Public Library. The life-sized bronze sculpture is based on the classic children’s book, written locally by famous author Wilson Rawls.
Ghost Walk
How many times have you heard rumors of ghosts while visiting downtown? The summer months are the perfect time to get spooked while walking around downtown Idaho Falls and learn more about its haunting history, including tales of brothels, lost children and murder.
Booking a tour at Ghost Walk now will save you from the Halloween crowds and from the freezing weather. Tours run from June to October at $15 per person. The tour is 90 minutes long and wheelchair-friendly.
