Let's come together as Latter-day Saint women to strengthen and encourage one another in Christ, through today's challenging times.


Life is hard and we need times of refreshing. That's what you'll find at this year's Lift Up Your Heart gathering: encouragement, strength, and inspiration to live differently and to make a difference as a disciple of Jesus Christ.


It's a day for personal restoration, filled with inspiring speakers, uplifting music, and encouraging conversations as we follow Christ together.


This is for women ages 16 and up. Bring your mom. Bring your daughter. Bring your Relief Society sisters. Or just bring yourself. We need each other. We need you!
