BOD Spotlight: Mountain View Hospital

In December, 2002, Mountain View Hospital opened the doors of its physician-owned hospital for the first time. Throughout its growth in the healthcare community of Idaho Falls, Mountain View Hospital has stuck to its initial goals that included: providing better care for patients, remaining active in the community and growing opportunities for employees.

Some of Mountain View Health’s charitable efforts within the community include holding summer concerts to benefit the Idaho Meth Project. The hospital has also participated in fundraising for scholarships through the Governor’s Cup. Overall, the hospital donates about $500,00 each year to various charitable organizations.

With 35 specialties and 275 providers, there is no question that patients visiting Mountain View Hospital will receive quality care from top professionals in the Idaho Falls community.
