Excited for the forthcoming Mountain America Center at Snake River Landing? Unfortunately, plummeting bed-tax revenues from the pandemic have put the project on hold.
By late summer, however, construction was nearly complete on the south-side property's newest three-story office building – a joint project between Dixon and Associates, Horrocks Engineers, HK Contractors and Okland Construction.
The 60,000-square foot building – located at the heart of the 450-acre multi-use development – was finished in late summer of 2020.
