REXBURG — At 3:52 a.m. New Year's Day morning, a new baby boy became the first of approximately 1500 babies that will be delivered at Madison Memorial Hospital this year. While he is the first at the hospital, Zebediah Christman is the eighth child in his family.
His parents, Dan and Rosie, are so happy about their baby, weighing in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces. “It’s a beautiful blessing,” Rosie said.
The hospital congratulated the family with several gifts for Zebediah and his parents to enjoy.
“I think we’re all ready for a fresh start,” said Rosie’s certified nurse midwife, Becca Helie. “What better way to kick off the new year than a brand new baby?”
