The Idaho Falls Family Fun Center was created with the purpose of bringing families together to build memories that last. This isn’t a place for parents to come and drop their kids and go or sit in the corner and chat with the other adults while the kids have all the fun. At the Family Fun Center, parents and kids are in the arena together, and when the timer starts, the game is on!
The lineup of available activities is awesome. At the Family Fun Center, you can:
• Unleash your inner wrecking ball in a smash room and take a sledge hammer to anything from a TV or old hunk of furniture to smaller breakables. No need to worry about the cleanup!
• Break some bottles with your best slingshot arm, and don’t be afraid to goad each other on. That’s what makes it fun.
• Let colors fly in a paint splatter activity. Or take it to the next level in a black light paint splatter activity. Don’t worry, you’ll be covered from head to toe in a disposable rain poncho, so don’t be afraid to let your crazy out!
• Bring out the competition in your family with a good game of Gaga ball. The closed arena makes this game extra fun.
• Try your hand at some old-fashioned fun with a good game of cornhole.
• Test your speed skills with a game of Min. It to Win It.
The possibilities are endless, with more activities on the horizon as the crew works toward an expansion of options at the center. The Idaho Family Fun Center was masterminded by the father and sons trio of Jim, Jimmy and Dustin Dortch. In the recent months since the center has been up and running, the Dortches have been happy to see their dream of togetherness for families in the community becoming a reality!
